Monthly Responsibilities

Quarterly Responsibilities

• IFTA Quarterly Returns – Fuel tax reporting and reconciliation

• Review fuel records and mileage accuracy

• Conduct internal safety and compliance audits

• Review driver and vehicle records for gaps

• Prepare documentation for potential DOT audits

Yearly Responsibilities

• UCR Registration & Payment

• Form 2290 (HVUT) filing and tax payment

• DOT / MC Authority renewals and updates

• State permits and operating authority renewals

• Annual driver MVR reviews

• Annual vehicle inspections and certifications

• Review and update VIN, title, and lease documentation

• Annual insurance policy renewals

• Verify BMC-91 / BMC-34 filings

• Review claims history and risk exposure
